Judy Benjamin Henderson lives out her Christian faith as a change agent for humanity. She is the Founder and CEO of Empowerment Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) a PA state licensed community-based outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic. ERA is the first African American female owned and operated mental health outpatient clinic in Pennsylvania. She is also the Founder of Resource Initiatives Giving Hope through Training (RIGHT) Foundation, a (501c3), non-profit organization dedicated to providing awareness and prevention education workshops, resources, and training relative to chronic degenerative illnesses.
Judy is a licensed therapist whose educational background consists of two master’s degrees, a MS in Human Services, and a MS in Organizational Dynamics; and a post master’s in marriage and family therapy She is currently a PhD candidate at National University pursuing her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership.
An international trainer and public speaker, Judy has led motivational workshops at the U.S. Postal Service, The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the National Minority AIDS Council, The Balm in Gilead, and The University of Mississippi, just to name a few. She has also provided ministry consultations in Africa, working closely with the Ministers of Health, in Ghana, Senegal, and Nigeria.
Her latest book is “Entrepreneurial Ministry – The Catalyst to Community Social Change.” She is also the author of “The Empowerment Link Project” a faith-based Crisis Intervention Partnership Program written for the Department of Behavioral Health, Greater Harvest Evangelistic Church and Interstate Realty.

Joy Hamilton, MD, MBA is a passionate entrepreneur based in Atlanta who is dedicated to empowering women and minority-owned businesses. Dr. Hamilton has a deep-rooted belief in the power of collaboration and community, and she has made it her mission to bring together like-minded individuals to better the community.
Dr. Hamilton earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill to strengthen her leadership and business acumen as a health care administrator. She also put that knowledge to work as she started several small businesses and assisted family and friends in theirs. Known as a servant leader, Dr. Hamilton enjoys planning and coordinating business events and activities that help others grow personally and professionally.
Believing that through God all things are possible, Dr. Hamilton strives to help others reach their full potential and have fun along the way. Sharing your blessings with others brings blessings back to you.

Faith Hamilton is a natural educator and coach who has a gift for helping others learn and grow. As a woman of faith, Faith understands the importance of putting God first, and this has been a guiding principle in everything she does. She earned her Masters of Arts in Higher Education and has worked as a teacher in both public and private schools. Through her work as an educator, Faith saw firsthand the struggles that many young women face as they navigate their way through life. She realized that there was a need for a safe space where women, of all ages, could come together to support and uplift one another. She encourages women to prioritize their own well-being and to make self-care a non-negotiable part of their daily routines. She knows that when women put themselves first, they are better equipped to care for those around them.
Faith is a visionary, empathic, and impactful leader who uses her natural ability to inspire and motivate others to help women overcome their fears and step into their power. She is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and she uses these skills to build strong relationships with the women she works with.
